Dr Aleksandar I. Kiralj (D.D.S., M.Sc., Ph.D.) is a maxillofacial surgeon and an Associate Professor and the Director for the Clinic of Maxillofacial Surgery of the Medical Faculty at the University of Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Serbia. He became a specialist in Maxillofacial Surgery in 1994. Dr Kiralj is an active member of the European Association for Cranio - Maxillo - Facial Surgery (EACMFS), a member of the Balkan Stomatological Society, a member of the Serbian Association for Maxillofacial Surgery and he also belongs in the AO Alumni International. He is the author and co-author of over 20 publications on maxillofacial trauma, orthognathic, oncologic and reconstructive surgery.
