Terms and Conditions
1. Registration fees
All participants must pay the registration fee to participate to the event. Participants are also advised to have a copy of their payment slip when going to the registration desk at the conference just in case they are requested to show proof of the payment on their arrival.
2. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation conditions apply:

|August 4 – August 31st, 2015||50% of the registration fee|
|from September 1st, 2015||no refund|
The following cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of a hotel reservation:

Please note, that for shortening of your hotel reservation after check-in hotel - 100% cancellations fees will apply for the cancelled nights
Change of the arrival date has to be announced to the Organising Company no later than 3 days prior your arrival, otherwise one-night cancellation fee will be charged.
Date of delivery of your written cancellation to the Organising Company will be considered as the date of cancellation.
Please do not contact the hotel directly for any reservation changes or cancellations. The appropriate refunds will be settled after the congress.
The Organising Company reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 30 EUR at any name change of a hotel reservation.
The ICMFS 2015 Conference reserves the right to amend any part of the Conference programme if necessary at any time.
ICMFS 2015 will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the Conference or related events.
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, ICMFS 2015 accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.
4. Personal Insurance
ICMFS 2015 cannot be responsible for healthcare, dental and ambulance services during its conferences or events. ICMFS 2015 strongly recommends that participants take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance, which should cover the possibility of flight cancellation due to strikes and other causes. Therefore, ICMFS 2015 and its local co-organisers accept no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.
