All hotels are located within a reasonable distance from the Congress Venue, which is the  'Lanitis Carob Mill'.

All rates quoted are per room per night including breakfast and 19% VAT. Should VAT change before the beginning of the Congress, the Organising Company will automatically change the price of your hotel room and inform you in writing about the new rate.

Immediate payment is required. 100% of the hotel reservation cost has to be covered upon reservation. Please note that the number of rooms is limited.

Any changes of your accommodation booking/reservation at any of the hotels have to be announced to the Organising Company, no later than 3 days prior your arrival date.

Hotels charge 100% cancellation fee for reduction of the stay after check-in.

Please note that price of accommodation is not included in the registration fees but includes transportation to and from Congress Venue (once in the morning and once in the afternoon).
