Specialty Doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

Dr. Andrea N. Beech, after graduating with BDS (Hons) from Cardiff University in 2008, she completed 3 years of senior house officer roles in various hospitals in South Wales. She began her role as a Specialty Doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital in 2012. Her main involvement is within the sub-specialties of dento-alveolar surgery, dental implant placement, skin cancer management and the treatment of facial trauma. Along with her clinical commitments, and on-going personal development and training, she has developed an interest in teaching. She lectures to Postgraduate Dental Foundation Year 1 Dentists in the South West area of England and she is in her second year of a Masters’ Degree in “Teaching and Learning for Health Professionals” at the University of Bristol. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, cooking and training for her first marathon.
