Dr. Roy Conley was born and educated in the UK. He qualified at Liverpool University Dental School in 1968. In 1970 Dr Conley immigrated to Israel, where he  specialised and qualified as an Oral and Maxillo-facial surgeon. He was a past demonstrator in anatomy at the Tel- Aviv University Medical School. He has been a Senior attending Oral and Maxillo-facial surgeon at the Kaplan Medical Center in Rehovot, Israel, for the past 20 years. He operates a private practice which is limited to oral and maxillo-facial surgery, in Rehovot, Israel.
