Dr Bogdan Čizmarevič is the Head of the Department for ENT and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University Clinical Centre of Maribor, Slovenia since 2004. He is also an Assistant Professor for ENT, at the Faculty of the Medical School of Maribor, Slovenia. Dr. Čizmarevič is also a Faculty member of AOCMF. He was born on the 27th of June in 1955, in Slovenska Bistrica of Slovenia. He graduated from the Medical School of Ljubljana , Slovenia, in 1981. In 1990 he took a specialty exam in Otolaryngology and in 1995 he took a specialty exam in Maxillofacial Surgery, both in Ljubljana of Slovenia. Dr Čizmarevič was awarded an MSc degree in 1996, in Zagreb, with the title of his assignment being “Oral cancer. Comparison a two different approach in treatment”. In 2006 he finished his PhD with the title “Oral and oropharyngeal cancer. Sentinel node biopsy and frozen sections” in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
